1. Historic research on different types of Chinese tiled pitch-roof in historical buildings in Hong Kong

2. Identify common defects and irregularities encountered

3. Prepare technical guide for maintenance and management

4. Appraise and analysis of the repair methodologies and modification works for adaptive re-use

5. Prepare the Pamphlet for ASD internal use
