Old Dairy Farm Depot, also refer to as Fringe Club was constructed in 1892 by Dairy Farm. It is a low-rise building in brick and concrete structure at Lower Albert Road in Central. It is used as a cold storage warehouse and depot by Dairy Farm. It is currently housing the Hong Kong Fringe Club for over 30 years and being a landmark in Central.

Scope of Works

 

1. Cleaning for external wall

2. Repair timber windows and doors

3. Restoring historic floor tiles

4. Repair historic cast iron rainwater pipe

5. Re-wiring and installation of new external lighting
