Stone House is one of three buildings with historic merits in Diamond Hill Comprehensive
Development Area (CDA). Stone House is valued by its masonry structure and being old house of
passed movie star Roy Chiao (喬宏).

Hong Kong Housing Authority took over the CDA and decide to dismantle the Stone House and re-
assemble years later within the CDA.
